Greetings humans

This blog is Rated G to X (definitely some foul language and potentially graphic images). It will cover a variety of things but mostly military history, politics and animal/environmental subjects, some Book/TV/Film reviews, posts on interesting people I have met (I am not that interesting), and of course other meaningless drivel. This should not scare you off. I have strong opinions and this is probably due to having been raised in northern Germany and having served ever so briefly in the best Ranger Battalion, the Second, of the 75th Ranger Regiment. It also helps to have been on the road less travelled. My jobs have included that of a library clerk, a janitor (one of my best jobs), a retail merchant, an unsuccessful movie producer and screenwriter, a Ranger (if you don’t know what kind of Ranger you’re on the wrong website) and a student - but the more I read the less I know. I fell into book writing by accident - that’s another story. If you “liberate” images or content please do cite me as the source.
